Q)  I have always maintained a prepaid account in HWIN, but recently my balance fell even though I have not shipped any waste recently. Why did this happen?
A)  Most likely, the paper manifest transactions you completed earlier in the year were transferred into HWIN and the fees associated with these manifests were debited from your prepaid account.

You may review the manifest transactions that have been paid for from your prepaid account by logging into HWIN, going to your My HWIN page, and clicking on the Account Status tab. The Account Status table will list the manifests you have paid, as well as the remaining balance in your prepaid account.
