Q) I am a generator located in the United States but I send my hazardous wastes to a waste management facility in Ontario. Is the payment process any different for me? Do I pay in $US funds or $Cdn funds?

A) The payment process is the same regardless whether you are a generator located in Ontario or the United States. All fees are paid in Canadian funds, which will be adjusted when you use your credit card or if you send a cheque in $US funds (based on the Ontario Government's exchange policy). Any additional funds resulting from the exchange will be deposited into your Prepaid Account.
