Q)  I believe that the information on one of my paper manifest transactions is incorrect. Is there a process I can follow to resolve the issue?
A)  If you believe that the information from one of your paper manifest transactions has been incorrectly entered into HWIN, please note the manifest number and contact the HWIN Helpdesk. The Helpdesk can be reached by telephone at 1-866-HWIN-MOE (1-866-494-6663 option 1, 1) or by email at hwinhelpdesk@ontario.ca. The HWIN Helpdesk personnel will be pleased to assist you in resolving any issues you may have related to specific manifest transactions and answer your questions about HWIN.
