Q) Is my prepaid account automatically debited by HWIN when a manifest transaction is logged in the system?
|

A) Yes. If you have enough money in your prepaid account, your manifest and tonnage fees will be automatically deducted from your prepaid account when a manifest transaction is entered. Your manifest transactions will be paid in the order they were entered into the system - from oldest to newest. If your prepaid account balance cannot cover the fees you have incurred, they will be listed in the "Payments Pending" section of your My HWIN page.
