Q) How soon after a paper manifest transaction is complete will it appear in My HWIN account?

A) Data entry into HWIN occurs daily. Data from a paper manifest is processed by HWIN when the Ministry receives the generator and receiver copies of the manifest. This means that a paper manifest transaction completed by a generator should appear in HWIN within two weeks of the time the generator mails a paper manifest form to the Ministry. Electronic manifests, which are created directly in HWIN by the generator or carrier, appear immediately.
