A) The HWIN Wizard is an aid to help you build your electronic manifests in HWIN. The Wizard uses a simple, three-step process and employs logic that will help you prepare manifests that are accurate and compliant. For example, once you select the waste classes you expect to ship, the Wizard will only let you select from carriers and receivers who are authorized to manage those waste classes. Also, the Wizard preferentially displays your preferred carriers and receivers when you build your manifest. To build a manifest using the HWIN Wizard, click on eManifests on the menu bar, click on Build eManifest, and then click on Wizard. Follow the step-by-step instructions.
