Q)  Can I change an electronic manifest when a shipment is in transit?
A)  HWIN does allow for limited electronic manifest changes for a shipment in transit. A carrier change can be made provided that both the generator and the original carrier signoff on the change. Also, a waste shipment may be diverted to a different receiver provided the generator and the carrier signoff. To change a manifest, click on eManifest on the menu bar and then select Change eManifest from the pull-down menu.
